Ok People Having Trouble With Timezones

Remember this
Pink (so if it's 7 here)
Mice (it would be 8 here)
Can't (9)
Eat (10)
Any (11)
Noodles (11:30)

P = Pacific
M = Mountain
C = Central
E = Eastern
A = Atlantic
N = Newfoundland

(Newfoundlanders are funny they are half an hour out of Atlantic Time, ex. Its 7 PM in Atlantic time it would be 7:30 In Newfy Time)

For england you take away 4 hours, so for example, if it is 4pm here its would be 12pm on the east coast
