yes can someone please create a banner for our site? preferably the same size as the current header.

I made this one in like 5 minutes and I'm not skilled. It didn't have to be a nice one but just to give the idea. yours is much better.

lol well those 10 minutes on selecting these images from google and the 40 seconds using the smudge tool aren't counted. As for the color similarity I obviously failed, probably because on the old CRT I was using the colors are clearly not correct as I recently saw on different screens on different computer

it looked pretty nice on the screen I made it though

it's not that flashy, catchy and explosive...
but I like that very much.

but I think this one is the best until now.
It's not "forcing" it, it's graphically very good, not pushing it, representative, mature.
It merges perfectly with the currenty dark/grey'ish theme. That is a big plus.

A slight downside could be that there's only 1 character in it faced "towards you".
So you don't really "see" a face interacting with the viewer, not asking for attention, not seeking contact with the website viewer. Despite that part I like the overall feeling of this header.

someone beat this one

anyway? HQ? got any ideas? do we need another header? if so, which one? that latter one? I vote for the latter one though
